1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, melted 1/4 cup rum* 2 tablespoons honey 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers 1 cup finely chopped pecans 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa Sugar
Combine butter, rum and honey in large bowl. Stir in vanilla wafers, pecans, coconut and cocoa until well mixed.
Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar.
Store refrigerated in container with tight-fitting lid up to 3 weeks. Roll in sugar again before serving. Serve in paper candy cups.
*Substitute 1/4 cup water plus 1 teaspoon rum extract -
