Personal Statement
10 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME: 1. I am a child of God. I may not always act like it, but it's true nonetheless. 2. I am a mother of 2 amazing, fantastic, beautiful daughters - both of whom are adults. I'm blessed to be their mother. 3. I am an intensely loyal friend. If you're my friend, I will always do whatever is in my power to be there for you, listen to you, laugh with you, or whatevery you need from me. 4. My body is disabled....my mind is not. 5. I love to laugh. I laugh at jokes, at tv, maybe even you....but mostly I laugh at myself. It's very healing. 6. I hate telemarketers. 7. I hate being lied to....even if it's to "protect me" from being hurt. I'm a big girl. I don't need protection. But you might, if you lie to me!! 8. I have zero - ZERO - tolerance for child abusers and men who abuse women. 9. I don't like to wash dishes, and I don't do windows. 10. I love my family - all of it - but they're mostly nuts.
