This is what happened to my husband DERRICK R.I.P. Derek Kynan Wendt April 3rd 1982-October 5th 2006
He went to the doctors to tell them that he had pain in his lower right abdomen and the doctor did nothing and said that he had the flu and that it was going around! The doctor gave him a suppository and said if you dont improve to come back! Well Derrick never did improve he just got worse! He could keep any food down nor fluids! Again he went back to the doctors like the doctor said and by this time he had to have his parents walk him in! The doctor shrugged him off again and sent him and updosed his suppository and gave him a shot! Derrick ended up in the emergency room that same day and still the hospital did nothing! Derrick passed away 12 hours later in intensive care and they still didnt do anything to find out what it was! Now he had very good insurance! He had PPO! Derricks dad demanded an autopsy! After the autopsy we found out that it was an appendisitis! We are definately suing! Derrick was only 24 years old! His daughter was only 16 months when he passed away and she is two now and always talking about him! She talks to him on the phone! She says she is types letters to her daddy on the computer! And so much more! Please keep us in your thoughts and prayer at this time!
