Sorry I reply so late ! Baby has a stuffed nose and it isn't funny and my 3 y/o is sick too (and I don't feel so hot myself). Anyway, no I didn't use shields because same as pacifier, baby doesn't like the taste/texture : he is too used to having direct skin contact with my breast. Breast cream is great ! lol And I'm really happy because I've been EBF for 2 months now and it never happened before. :)

Hi again, I have 2 older boys so it makes 3 boys for me with baby. :) I failed each time I tried to BF my 2 oldest sons (did it for only 3 or 4 weeks and with botle complement from the start. It sure is hard work and I have cracks and blisters this time around too but I'm still EBF. I'm lucky enough that my partner does a lot of thing in the house so I an actually focus on baby (and talking about it, it's time to feed him!)

He was 6lbs9oz and 20 in at birth. He had his monthly medical visit yesterday (at 7w1d) and he now is 12lbs and 21.85in :)
Things are fine here too. How about your little one ?
I have a bit of a hard time with breasfeeding but I hope it will all be ok soon.
Is your 3 y/o happy to be a big brother ? Mine is a bit jealous of the baby and is quite the "drama queen" lately. lol
