    hey. im so sorry i have mess you back:( saturday i was away frm home. had my uncles bday party omg i had cake icecream cheeseburger potato salad and baked beans. but i did walk a mile not much but better than nothing. i felt soo fat after i ate all that. im determine to be 135 by thanksgiving i hope so anyways... last few lbs are hard to take off and i like too be 130 or lower by christmas i really dont see my self less than 130 but o well we will see ..hope u have a great day :)

    hello :) i think i did well yesday. i ate dinner pretty early drank only water ... today i have walked a mile so far plan to do 2 more sometime today befest i had a egg white and a redhott. water to drink :) i keep wanting to turn back and eat what ever i want lol but im trying to stay motivated. do u have a sparks page?

    hey. i posted the question about getting back on track in diet and fitness. i would be glad to have u as a weight loss buddie. i did go for awalk today. i weighed in at 146.6 my goal for now is 130. wat type of exercise did u do today
