I am a health freek(did I spell that right?), although I have a heard time practicing what I preach because food is the center of every family function and I am a chocoholic.  I gave it up for lent but I have cheated 500 times and counting, even the big guy upstairs cannot stop me!!  My new passion is teaching people how to change their homes into a toxin free environment.  The facts are pretty scary, anyways thats me in a nutshell!!!!!
