Have you tried talking to your pediatrician about your concerns? I'm paranoid. If you whine enough, to the school and your Dr. you'll get the answers you need. Make sure you put everything in writing and date it. Good luck.

my dd had an iep and was not potty trained till the age of 6 and in 1st grade. the public school has to allow your child to attend, some are good about it others not, my dd kind. was bad, but 1st gr in a diff. school was great. stick with it and fight for your child, it's worth it!
