When we were house searching we decided to only look at houses that were not being lived in b.c we were tired of wondering if we would have to wait* I was prego with dd and we needed to get in somewhere ASAP. We finally got moved into our home now2 weeks before she came! Talk about cutting it close ;) lol Good luck!!!
