  • Personal Statement

    Top 10 things you should know about me:

    1. I seem quite outgoing but it takes me some time to rev that engine up.

    2. I got married at 22 and have been married 28 years. hint (that should tell you how old I am)

    3. After I had my first child (22 years ago) I hated the idea of paying someone else to raise my daughter. I started working for myself and have not been back in the work force since. (Thank GOD)

    4. I wasn't sure how I would be as a mom but I know I have done a very good job. (In spite of...)

    5. I have 4 cats and sometimes that is 3 too many. My youngest has a broken leg right now and it is from being far too wild. (but they are so fun to watch!)

    6. I am a bit of a risk taker.

    7. I believe in myself.

    8. I trust that everything that happens is meant to be and that there are always great lessons to learn.

    9. I truly believe that there is no such thing as a "problem" only a "solution". Sometimes I need to be reminded of that.

    10. Friends are very important to me even though I sometimes lose touch for awhile.
