I am a stay at home mom to 4 kids, 2 little dogs and 1 husband. I am a Christian but I am also a Democrat, which is unusual for the conservative area in which I live. My kids are getting older but I still feel the pull to stay at home with them. I do a lot of volunteer work in the community, mostly at my kid's (public) schools. I am very crafty, I like to paint, scrapbook, make my own greeting cards and all sorts of fun stuff like that. I also like to read a lot- it is a big stress reliever for me to go and spend a quiet couple of hours alone at the library. I have recently become very interested in a variety of environmental issues and am driving my family crazy as I become more and more "crunchy granola". I am crazy for holidays, seasons and themes of all kinds as you can tell by my page. I have refrained from buying any new holiday decorations this year. I have simply satisfied my obsession by decorating my profile page.
