Hello my name is Shannon and I was born in Haverhill, MA. I have been living in Palm Beach county since 2001 and I love it. I have been a hairdresser since 1993. I took a break to stay at home with my boys. I am a full time hair colorist and realtor. I am finding that it is hard to make friends here in Florida. I am not sure if it is FL or just busy in life with kids, hubby and work . I just want to find friends that are true real people and not full of drama.  With me , what you see is what you get. I treat my closest friends very good! I love my closest friends but they live up in Boston. I would love to meet some moms in my area. I have a 13 yrsold boy and a 8 yr old boy! I enjoy spending good quality time with my kids and hubby. We have been married for 13 years and we get along amazing!!! I love him more than anything and feel blessed to have him in my life. Some of the things that interest me are Alternative Medicine, herbs, anything natural! I love Acupuncture!!!!If you haven't tried it you must! I love to make people laugh and  to entertain and cook! I love being around positive people and have a good outlook on life, but also understand we can not all be that way and we all have down time. i love to help people. If my friends need help mentally, physically, financially or just a hug I will be there right away! I have been accused of having a Dr.Phill attitude lol....I cant help it I have a natural feeling of happiness when I can help someone thru their tough times!!! I feel I am a good person, and I would love to find friends with the same interests as me!!! Oh yeah and I love to enjoy a nice tall glass of wine!

My ideal friend would be someone who has kids about my 8 year olds age. So when we hang out the kids can hang too. I like friends who can watch a movie, play a game , or dress up and hit the town.

I prefer couple that get along and like each other. Nothing worse than hanging out with couple who always find something to fight about. Lets all have a great timewith or with out kids :)
