In a Nut Shell: 

I am extremely motivated, and love my family! I am a CrossFit, and Les Mills personal trainer. My husband and I are in the process of opening up our own fitness facility CrossFit Rio Rancho, and just signed on our building on Jackie Road! I will be teaching the Les Mills Body Jam, which is a dance cardio routine that is a total blast, and major butt kicker! Together we both teach CrossFit personal group training, which is totally competitive and a total ass kicker! I absolutely love what we do, and the advantage of having my baby boy with us when we do it is that much better. I have been married for a year and a half and absolutely love being a wife and mother!
