I am a mom living in Washington State, at least temporarily for the next 6 months or so. Where we end up, nobody knows! My husband is retired from SBC and we both have some health issues, we are empty nesters trying to figure out the rest of our lives.
Our adult sons live in CA, where we are originally from, wish we could see them more, but we do when we can. They are really good about keeping in touch with us 'old folks'. I was hoping to be able to go back to work part time but I have some serious health issues so now I need to see about re filing for Social Security disability since I was rejected a few months ago.
I try to spend my days doing something, even if it's laundry or cleaning out a drawer...I do like to play around on my computer, have recently started scrapping years and years worth of pictures, not getting very far. We do like to travel, especially cruising.
Anyway, I thought this website might be a fun way to stay connected!

How was your cruise? I am dealing with the hot flashes..no fun.
How is Washington? The housing market here is great for buying right now..Stacy is looking at houses in the $250K range..and there are lots out there.
