  • Personal Statement

    My name is Courtney. I'm 26 (27 in august), married to Kevin for nearly 3 years, and mommy to Hunter Lee, 22 months.  We've got our second little guy coming around September 24th.  I work as a pharmacy technician and love what I do!  Other than that, I'm a pretty simple gal and not a whole lot more to say.  :)

     Also, I've had several ask so as for drtkdcrty, drtkd= dirt kid because I live in the country and all of my college friends called me that and crty= Corty cause that's what my daddy calls me.  :)  So there...now you know!

    omg! 17 lbs?!! Ryland is only 14lbs!! and 26 inches. Yeah Ryland is sick with an upper respiratory infection :( took him to ER this morning worried because he was hacking up a lung, but nothing I can do, he has just get through it doc said.

Our Special Life

Oliver was born after having suffered a stroke while in his mother's womb. The resulting brain injury is called Dysautonomia (Autonomic Dysfunction). His doctors believe the stroke was the result of the miscarriage of his twin. Oliver is completely blind and his underdeveloped brain stem makes basic physical functions a challenge. In spite of all this, he is a happy, go-lucky, 12-year-old boy, and his mom wants people to meet the real Oliver, not just his medical hardships.
