I am a new empty nester and am adjusting to having the house and my life all to myself. Not an easy feet to accomplish when you have lived most of your life for others, especially your children. My son who is over in Iraq is married and has 3 wonderful children. They live in Seattle so I dont get to see them much. We talk on the phone alot and I chat with him in yahoo messenger when he isnt out on missions. My oldest daughter lives in a neighboring town and we see each other quite a bit. My youngest moved to Eugene this summer and is having a hard time with getting homesick. She does call to get a mommy fix every now and then!! LOL I have 3 step children, so I do have experience at being a parent and what all that pertains to!!! Hang in there, they do grow up fast and you are left wondering where all the time went! Kids are a blessing even when they are trying your nerves. My husband is my sweety and my best friend. He is the most wonderful man... I couldnt ask for a better partner. He may not be perfect, but show me one who is! LOL    My top 10 List:
