I am a first time grandmother to an beautiful and autistic 2 1/2 year old. I work for a school district as a paraprofessional/substitute teacher in the field of special education. I have worked in this field for 37 years, starting as a volunteer in High School. I love my job, love to read and cook and am married for 20 years now and the parent of three adult children.  I believe strongly in life's lessons and believe that we should strive to learn something new every single day about ourselves or the world around us.
