I am an experienced nurse that has never worked OB, I am prectically clueless when it comes to OB specific medical knowledge.  I want to learn from all the mothers out there what to expect.

I am a step mom to a four year old autistic boy.  Right now he brings me so much joy and I can't wait to bring this new baby into this world so he has a little brother or sister to enjoy spending time with.
