Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by specially trained instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser.

You do not need a jogging stroller and yes...the first class is FREE! We have classes MWF & Sat. at 9:30. Unless it is raining.

I'd like to come to the class at steele canyon tomorrow morning, The first class is free right? Also I have a regular stroller do I need a jogger, should I wait unitl I get one to come try the class?
