I have been researching a lot about waterbirth and am planning to at least labor in the tub much of the time (I have a large tub at home!). I have a lot of scar tissue from my first birth, so my midwife is going to use some lidocaine cream for when I deliver, so I'm not sure if I can actually birth in the tub. I need to talk to her in more detail about that. It would be wonderful though!
