  • Personal Statement

    I have two children a daughter 28 and a son 25. My son gave me a beautiful granddaughter Madison who will be 6 in February and My daughter gave me two beautiful little girls, Kiara who will be 4 in February as well and Kylee who will be 3 in May. I love to travel. We try to take 4 vacations a year to the Carribean. I will be 50 in July and my life partner whom I have been with for 20 years is taking me to Alaska for the first time for my birthday. I love to cook and EAT... I have just started getting into yoga.

    Oatmeal Pie Recipe:

    Cook time 45 min's

    2 eggs,slightly beaten,2/3 cup melted butter,2/3 cup white corn syrup,1 tablespoon brown sugar,2/3 cup oatmeal,1 teaspoon vanilla,1 (9-inch)unbaked pie crust


    In a medium bowl,combine eggs,butter,corn syrup,brown sugar,oatmeal,and vanilla;mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes,or until firm. Serve topped with vanilla ice cream (Hope you enjoy your recipe) Deb
