from reading your post it seems like you have been going through a lot. The best advice is to Let Go and Let God because HE is the only one that can Make a WAY out of no WAY. Things will get better... My prayers are with you and your precious little girl.

if you feel tat bad u need to get help...not medication,,,tat wont fix you, i had twelve one hour sessions with a psychologists and it helped me fix my bond with my son, life is still gradual but at least i got al my anger, guilt and sadness off my chest and out of my head. it helped me get rid of all the existing shit inside of me so i could go bak to focusing on one day at a time.
