alittle bit about me... I am a stay at home mom of 2 wonderful boys.  I try to stay busy and enjoy decorating my house or baking treats for my family.  Now that summer is here I will be working in my garden.  I am dreading next year when my little one will start preschool,  I guess I will use that extra time to do something fun for myself or more than likely will spend it volunteering at the schools.  I have finally realized how lucky I am to be able to stay home with my kids and truly appreciate the fact that my husband has been willing to make sacrifices so I can be at home raising our children.  My family is my priority and a few of my friends call me betty crocker.  Within this last year I have switched to all natural cleaning products and am amazed what a difference it has made in my  children's health.  I never thought of myself as an all natural type of gal.  I thought the brand name cleaning products are tried and true.  they have been around for years and are the most expensive so they must be safe...Right???  unfortunately I found out the hard way this is not the case.  My son was diagnosed with asthma when he was 5yrs.  old.  he had never been sick until we moved to eastern Washington.  I assumed he just had allergies or a bad virus.  We spent all our time at the doctor. Tried one antibiotic after another when those didn't work we went to a specialist.  finally we started asthma medicine but couldn't control the asthma attacks.  so my little boy was on prednizone 3 times in one year.  a child on steroids isn't a whole lot of fun.  I kept asking what could have caused this.  there wasn't a definite answer.  I cleaned constantly to try and kill any germs that were causing my son to get sick.  Wasn't I shocked when the doctor said he thought I was irritating my son's asthma by cleaning constantly. WHAT?  He recommended I use all natural products. wow what a difference.  This year my son has only missed 6days of school and 2 of those were to go camping.   if you are interested in trying an all natural product please let me know it truly can make a difference!  now my son can play sports and run around with the other kids.  he still has asthma but we finally have it under control.  he is no longer the kid with asthma that needs to take it easy.  now he is just a kid.  Plus I save money and it actually works just as well as the name brands.  Why would you use chemicals that can make your family sick when all natural products are available?  I did because I didn't know any better.  Now I do and I want to spare other families from going through what we did.  If you are interested in hearing about this just let me know.
