    I'm a mom who works full time as an Accounting/HR Manager for the same company for the past 12 years.  I'm extremely lucky to have a wonderful stay at home Dad to take care of our two boys who are 13 and 11.

    I just started my own company along with my sister-in-law who's also my best friend.  This has been no easy task since we both work full time and have families!
