Yes he could be a jerk BUT you can use what he's done to you against him. I won't tell you what to do cause I have been in your situation but with my ex i kicked his sorry ass out and he went to go and live with his gf and i'm still lucky if I get any money for the kids. Just take time for YOU to figure out what YOU want! Is he home or deployed?
