I am married to a military man who is currently deployed. I have 2 children a four year old Christian, who has just recently been diagnosed with asperger's. I also have a 1 year old son Gavin. They just love each other 'most of the time'. Christian has been tough to handle probably since he was 2 years old. His behavior and impulses have overwhelmed me at times. But I have learned you have to take it one day at a time. I have been dealing with learning about asperger's and dealing with the daycares concerns with him alone, due to my husband's absence with him being deployed. We are originally from Cleveland, Ohio which is were all of our family is at so all I have for support or suggestions are from the friends I have met here and coworker's at the office. So I would love any suggestions you might have about helping children with asperger's.
I was just stopping by your page for a state and was reading about you and saw that your hubby is deployed right now. I just wanted to say thank you to your husband and to you and your kiddos for the sacrafice that you all are making for everyone in this country.. including me and my family! Blessings to you!
Aaden is doing ok with school. It's a struggle getting him up in the morning and to school. Then he comes home in such a bad mood everyday! it's definitely been a challenge. I woul like to get the boys together still. We need to plan a day soon. Just call or text me with what works for you. My cell is 615-967-5160. How have things been since your hubby came back?
Sorry it took forever to get back to you! My home page hasn't been showing all my messages, so i just got it. I would love to get the boys together. Let me know what works for you. Have a great day!!!
