My name is Cheryl, my husband and I have been married for 7 and a half years. We recently decided to become foster parents and recently had 2 children, a 5 yr old girl and her 9 month old brother in our home, who have since been moved to a new home after 5 months. I have been an aunt for 23 years, I've been there for the birth of my youngest neice, who is my namesake, and the death and burial of my oldest nephew, who served 1 year in Iraq and came home safely only to die in a motorcycle accident 2 days after Thanksgiving in 2006, he was 22 yrs old. I have a total of 11 nephews and 4 neices. Being a mom is a new and unique experience for me.
