Mother of 7, Grandmother of 7. 

Children names are Mary, Thomas, Daniel (deceased) Kathleen, Christopher, Christine (cwrcar, cafemom) and Eileen.

Grandchildren, Amanda 10, Ashley 8, Haley 5, Zander 5, Arienna 3, Katie 1,

and Ryan Daniel 8 months.

Was a stay at home home for 24 years.  Six out of my seven children all have college degrees,  I have, 2 engineers, 2 architects, 2 stay at home moms,and a geneticist..

Mom (me) lives in New Jersey.  children are all over the country.  1 in florida, 1 in Missouri, 1 in Portland, Oregon, 1 in Pennsylvania, and 2 in New Jersey.

So its a big family gathering when we all get together. 

So if any of you are getting discouraged   dont.  As this Mom survived it all and is now able to enjoy her grand children whenever she gets to see them.

Get out an enjoy this beautiful weather.  Its really nice here today in New Jersey.

If you are at home and near a beach, lake or pool go out and take your little ones with you.  The memories of being out with Mom and doing something special will remain with them always.

The dishes will wait.  I know we all have to clean even us fulltime grandmothers who are working, but if its a really beautiful day try to get out for at least an hour or two.
