  • Personal Statement

    I am shy in new situations, but very outgoing once I feel comfortable. My husband, Chuck, and I, along with our 17 month old daughter live in Kennewick, WA.. I am a first-time mom, and our little one was a bit of a honeymoon surprise, so I didn't get quite the time I wanted to prepare. Also I have had to deal with a child with early-on health issues, so that has made motherhood a challenge, but I am beginning to really enjoy it as my daughter gets older, and some of the earlier problems are working themselves out, however, a few new challenges are beginning to show. I love meeting new people even if I am shy at first and look forward to meeting other moms and exchanging our "wealth" of knowledge with each other.

    Hi! I'm in Vancouver, WA and expecting a baby with a giant omphalocele. I was just curious how many other moms were on here, and yours was the only one that came up in my search!!

    I am so glad to see a Mom with a child that was born with an omphalocele like my son. I would love to talk with you at sometime. He will be going into surgery to have it closed on feb. 9th It seems you have made it well past that point. I really Look forward to touching base with you.
