  • Personal Statement

     

     My name is Kim I've been happily married for  almost 14 years now, I have two beautiful boys, Cody who's 13, and Logan who's 10.  I live in Oceanside Ca, My husband in in the United States Navy,   I'm a stay at home mom.  Life in the Military world isn't easy at all..  I seem to be alone most of the time. The hubby is gone an awful lot these days. He'll be homein just a few days and I'm so excited about that. Meeting new people isn't that easy on this base. The gossip just isn't my thing.  It seems the longer we have in and the higher rank your hubby is the worst it gets.  I live on base Camp Pendelton.  I'm always looking to meet new people and share what only us military wives know to be life....  It seems that all of my friends on the outside world even after 14 years married just wont ever get it.. I love the military and I love all of the people who have come and gone in my life. I'm always open to new friendships as well as some old.

    I'm so glad I'm not the only one who is feeling old right about now...lol. And yes, I still have my NKOTB, Tiffany, and Debbie Gibson tapes running around my house somewhere, and I just found all my old NKOTB shirts a few months ago...lol. Thanks for the great comment...I got a huge laugh out of it. Have a great evening. =D

    We are surviving our third deployment, with the prospects of another one soon after he finally returns home...guess that is the luck! There are alot of wives on here that will help keep you occupied while he is gone!!! Can't wait to get to know you better. We are hoping to get back to California on our next orders - fingers crossed. Well, I should give up for the night. TTYL!
