I enjoy time with my family,

 I like to read.

I have been writing since I was 8 years old. I have been published in various formats from school newsletters, work news flyers to funeral bulletins. I have published one of my children's stories "Why Did You Leave Me" on HubPages ^(1).  I have had a collection of my poetry "Inspiration From the World" self published on Lulu.com ⁽²⁾.  I have also accepted an assignment from Yahoo Voice to write a Christmas poem. They accepted the one I submitted to them and published it ⁽³⁾.  I have also done research on various mental health issues. One was accepted by Yahoo Associated Content (which is now Yahoo Voices) titled "Living with Depression" ⁽⁴⁾ and the other I have started as a blog. The name of the blog is Quiet Sunday At Home, Rarity. The first entry is December 11, 2011 and concerns the issues a family faces when they have not one, but two children with ADHD ⁽⁵⁾.  The first in a series of coloring/story books titled "Don't Play With Us" has been published on HubPages ⁽⁶⁾. In addition to the rest I have written a short 10 Chapter book titled "How the Shively's Became a Family" on CafeMom ⁽⁷⁾. The links are listed below.
