Hi, My name is Laurie.  I am a pretty average mom I think.  I try to do my best to make everyone happy, but usually feel like I am coming up short.  I love being a mom and get a kick out of how amazing my kids are....but I would also like to be able to go to the bathroom in peace from time to time.  I have 4 kids, 2 from a previous marriage and 2 with my husband.  Having a family with stepparents and half siblings is a challenge, but I think it makes us stronger.  I think the world of my husband, however he doesn't get what it's like to be the mom....and that's why I'm here.  I am looking forward to having other moms who are like me to talk with.
