My name is Laura and I am a single mom to one baby girl named Chava.  She is two years old and she's awesome!!  I am a full-time Federal employee in Bethesda, MD.  Outside of work I like to hang out with my girlfriends downtown (DC) having dinner and drinks or going dancing!  I also have a huge family that I live with...they're the greatest!  And we have cook-outs and other family events all the time.  And last, but not least, I'm very involved at my congregation...the Lord has sustained me through good times and bad. 

So that's my basic day-to-day life.  I'm really bad at these things so if I sound like a total dork, maybe I am!
