I am a veteran of the United States Army, of which I served from 2001 - 2007.  My son was born in April of 2007 and shortly there after I discharged honorably from the Army and pursued my new life as a single mom.  My son's father has never been a part of my sons life.  I struggled to do things on my own as a sinlge mom for a long time, just as my mother did with me.  I only want to provide a more loving family for my son than that of which I had.  Now with my fiance in our lives, I feel as though I am starting to get that goal rolling.
