  • Personal Statement

    Hi, I'm Susan, I'm 32 years old, and a SAHM.  Lea is 4, and Carly Lou is 2.  My husband is wonderful and we're blessed that his job has bizarre hours, so there are times when he is home  A LOT.  That can be great, but sometimes it makes things nuttier.  I'm crazy trying to be neat and organized.  My whole life right now is the girls.  Once Lea was born, I was a mom.    We always have all the arts and crafts things going on at once and I seem to have lost all control on the house!   I adore them, but I'm starting to realize that I need a little bit of me back.  Trying to figure out what that is. 

    We transplanted to the hills of Kentucky in October 06 from Pittsburgh and I've had a difficult time adjusting.  I severly underestimated just how rural it is down here.  I really thought I'd be fine, we lived in the 'country' back home----but I still had all the options of the city.

    Thank You God for spring!  It is already getting beautiful here Laughing
