My Purpose: To Help People Have Vibrant Health. I want to help people to vitalize (give life to) their health. Health is a choice - not a right. You choose to give your body nutritious foods or you choose to spend lots of time in the hospital and spend thousands of dollars to do it. You choose to spend your hard-earned money on pharmaceuticals or invest your money in the right nutrition. Generally, the body will heal itself, or even prevent disease, if given the right nutrition.

I am a stay at home mom of two children.  My greatest passion is to share knowledge and information on health and wellness that can change your life.  I get great pleasure in seeing smiles on faces when I have been successful.

I have been learning social media, mentoring, coaching and branding.  If done the right way, you can be very profitable.  Branding is about building relationships not selling products.  While I have been away from CafeMom learning, I have built some incredible relationships. 

I was found, yes found by a man who sees me as a leader.  He proposed a product launch one where I am positioned to lead and teach others what I am learning.  The opportunity is incredible to forfill my mission statement, make a difference in lives.
