  • Personal Statement

    I was a young mother at 18, fresh out of high school.  What a struggle those first five years were.  Now my son is 18 and is such a wonderful boy.  I recently relocated to Florida & my son remained in RI to go to school & live with his grandparents, whom he wasn't ready to be far away from.  I work full time & find it very difficult to meet new people in a strange area.  Really hard for me because I've always had good friends around me.  I figured I'd try out this space to maybe meet some other people like me.
