  • A Little Bit About Me...

    Hello, my name is Kandra.  I am a mother to 2 beautiful children and wife to my husband Alex for 8 years now.  

    I am a stay at home mom, and LOVE it.  Since I mostly talk to kids under the age of 5 all day, I decided I wanted to do something for myself.  So...I decided to start my own Stella & Dot business.

    I fell in love with the jewelry immediately.  And now I decided to rep the line and I am so excited!

    I have a son with Autism, my daughter has many delays herself,  and we took in my husband's nephew who has Autism and MR.  Life is busy, but that's what I love about having my own Stella & Dot business.  I have the flexibility I need, to work around my family's needs.

    Hey there! Thanks for checking in on us :) Things are going well here for Owen, it's a slow road, but we are making progress! One day at a time, somedays I wish I could just snap my fingers and it would all come together for him, but we are seeing good gains and things that he is doing that make us smile! How are you and your sweet little one's doing? I love your slideshow by the way, so precious! :)

    1. My husband is my best friend. We’ve been together for 10 years & married for 5 years.
    2. I met my hubby at Denny’s. (LOL) I was 17 & he was 20 at the time.
    3. I’m left handed.
    4. My Mom is my hero.
    5. My sister (who is 10 years younger than me) has cerebral palsy
    6. My son has been diagnosed with Autism.
    7. I am a SAHM / WAHM – And I LOVE it!
    8. I LOVE being a Mom! (I didn’t know my heart could grow so big)
    9. I am an internet nerd.
    10. I’m a Chocoholic!
    11. My husband is Cuban…I would love my kids to be bilingual.
    12. Both my kiddies were born by c-section.
    13. My favorite color is purple.
    14. I suffer from migraines…boo!
    15. I drink my milk w/ ice.
    16. I believe that “I love you’s” are very important.
    17. People tell me, “I’m an old lady, stuck in a young woman’s body” …bless their hearts (J/K)
    18. We didn’t find out the sex of either of our kids…we liked the surprise of it all.
    19. I was born & raised in Southern California. Home is where the heart is.
    20. I wear retainers to bed every night.
    21. I make a really good Better Than Sex Cake.
    22. I believe you should treat people as you want to be treated.
    23. I enjoy people for their differences…this world would be a boring place, if we all came from the same cookie cutter!



  • Autism Awareness



    1 in every 110 children born in this country have autism. 1 in every 70 boys has ASD. It is time we help raise autism awareness, and find a way to solve this autism puzzle.
