I live in Sylvania, Ohio near Toledo. I have three boys ages 14, 12 and 5. Have been married to my high school sweetheart for 16 years. I have suffered from depression most of my life which led me to building support sites and my Heal Yourself Talk Radio show.

I am a work at home mom with several websites  I started Heal Yourself Talk Radio over a year ago and love doing the show each week.  We just started doing live shows once a week on Wednesday's at 2 pm on Talk Shoe. 

I have worked from home for over 5 years now in marketing, website design, and graphic work. I love working from home it gives me the freedom to be here for the kids. Somedays its a challenge but all in all its well worth it for me to work at home. I am looking to make new friends in the Toledo Oh area if you live near there feel free to give me a holler...
