Here is my 17 things you should know about ME:1. I am a Good Friday/Friday the 13th baby and I was a preemie( started off as 12 inches and 5 lbs). I know my poor mom, who is a superstitious Italian Catholic did not want me to be born on that day...guess I had other plans!
2. I love my Parents, respect them, and miss them (the live too far for my liking).
3. I met my husband when I was 18. I fell in love with Kelly when he was brave or stupid enough to make the MPs go away..OK the kiss before that did not hurt. I still get that spark when he kisses me.
4. I like the Holidays...everything about them.
5. I can be very sarcastic.
6. I am the only redhead in my family.
7. I love to do crafty things (crochet, cross-stitch, make things and this list goes on.)
8. I have been raising my sister's son Justin.
9. I am a survivor from brain tumor to a life threatening car accident that almost cost me not only my life but the love of my life. Justin was not with us when the accident happened in Nov. 2006.
10. My husband and I share the same wedding date as my parents. He asked me after he already booked the reception site. He then took my parents to lunch and asked them if we could use their wedding date...they were very happy.
11. I love animals. I have two dogs and one cat now. I rescue all my pets.
12. I love to play games...like cards, puzzles, board games, and POGO.
13. I like music. The type I like depends on my mood. I enjoy singing along too! My playlist is so I can sing along...Ipod broke.
14. I like to watch movies. All types from black-n-white classics to modern day ones. I confess I love Disney movies and sing-a-long with them.LOL.
15. I love hanging out with Kelly, family (when I can), and friends. Weekends are my time with Kelly.
16. I love to read and write. I write poetry. I am interested in writing stories. I have been writing things since I was about 8 but never published. I will read almost anything.
17. I am who God made me to be and that is OK with ME.
