Hello!! My name is Melissa and I love being a mom---it's such an adventure.  I love all types of music, I love to read books, magazines, web articles.  I'm still discovering things my computer can do (we got it in January).  I have an associates degree and plan on getting my bachelor's when my baby boy gets a little bigger.  I'm really excited about cafemom.  I'm hoping to learn things and share things with other moms out there.

 1.  I love my kiddos....they're my world (duh).

 2.  I love knowledge....it's power.

 3.  I love sunshine and snow.

 4.  I love eating healthy and exercising...even if I occasionally cheat!

 5.  I hate rainy days.

 6.  I hate going through this divorce from the husband I have been with for 13 years, and watching my kids hurting over it.  Everything about it is painful.

 7.  I hate liver and onions...probably the only food I do hate.

 8.  I hate not being able to find something when I am sure I put it right THERE.

 9.  I love people; there is something interesting about every individual.

10. I love having hope for the future, no matter the trials and tribulations of the present.
