    I am mom to 4 wonderful kids.. Katie is 11 and lives in FL with her dad, Noah IV is 9 and Donavan is 8 and they live in Amarillo, and Isaac is 4...I have been happily married to Noah for 5 years but we've known each other for 17 years.  I never thought that I would be a "stepmom" but I have decided that I don't like the word step.  Why would you want to make a child feel like they don't belong..I have 4 kids and that will NEVER change...Nuff said

    Never considered step the way you have mentioned it. If I introduce the boys to anyone I state they are my sons but when asked about kids I mention them as step sons. I'll need to figure out why cause I think your right, that doesn't make any sense. sigh.

    Another lesson learned thank you for putting that down on your profile. One less step in the ladder.
