  • Personal Statement

    I'm a 37-year-old homeschooling mother of five fabulous children, and the author of two series of books about the ancestors of Laura Ingalls Wilder. (You can read more about them at my author blog, Here in the Bonny Glen.)

    I also blog for ClubMom about home education, special needs children, and other topics at The Lilting House.

    My husband is in comic books, and we recently moved from the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia to sunny San Diego. Scott came out in July to start work, and I drove the kids cross country in October. It was a grand adventure! You can see our trip photos at Flickr.
