it's more mental than physical. I have been dieting for almost 1 year and I lost 15 pounds slowly. Tommorow is my birthday and I'm going out and i feel good that I can wear the outfit that I want. You have to make time to work out around your hectic schedule and have patients. Since summer is coming, we tend ti eat less. try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. I like romaine lettuce with sliced mangos. and drink plenty of water to curb your hunger.
