    Mission Statement

    Operation Homefront provides emergency assistance and morale to our troops, to the families they leave behind and to wounded warriors when they return home. A nonprofit 501(c)(3), Operation Homefront leads more than 4,500 volunteers in 30 chapters nationwide and has provided critical assistance to more than 45,000 military families in need. Operation Homefront also operates an online magazine for military wives and women in uniform. Through this community, we reach the newest and youngest military families, instantly alerting them about our programs and other information to help them succeed in military life.

    How We Help

    Operation Homefront provides aid to families struggling

    not only with emergencies, but also with the problems

    of everyday life. Existing programs include:

    • Financial Assistance Program
    • Furniture Program
    • Moving
    • Social Outreach
    • Community



    Each year Operation Homefront provides Easter

    baskets to thousands of military children nationwide.  

    Help us let our military families know how much we

    appreciate their service and sacrifice by joining us

     in our 2009 Easter basket drive.

    We are collecting:

    Baskets, Easter Grass, Candy

    Small Toys, Plush Toys, Crayons

    Coloring Books, Cellophane Wrap

  • Personal Statement

     I am a single MOM of three children all older...my youngest is 17 and preparing to join the military.  :(     My older two are 21 & 23 and are both engaged. and have sucessful careers.  ALL my children are very kind & caring and very considerate of others.  I am SO proud of them.  Even though they are older they are still very much a part of my life!   I feel the most important thing I have ever done or will do is be a mom.  I am also the VERY proud grandma of my grandson Sean who is 6.  I call him my little "puddabutt".  My kids ask me why and I say becaues I can!  He is definitly the highlight of my life! I have raised my children by myself, and have worked two jobs to support them for 15 years.  Now I am finally to a point in my life where I don't have to work two jobs anymore.  But I now enjoy helping women to Improve not only their outer beauty, but more importantly their inner beauty with my Mary Kay Business.

    We must learn that in order to find love, we must look inside our own heart, for if we can't find it within we will never find it without!
