    I believe that the earliest that you can get an ultrasound done is at 6 weeks where you would be able to see the tadpole that will become your baby. I had my 1st ultrasound with this pregnancy when I was 5w 2d and was only able to see the yolk sac. I got my 2nd ultrasound yesterday at 7 weeks and was able to see the tadpole that is our baby.
