Once the rain settles down they decrease a little but occasionally you'll find some. Just stay away from anything that collects water mosquitoes love fountains and puddles. Usually by Nov/Dec they are gone but soon to return by March/April. Glad to hear you like it here though!
So I see you made it down to Homestead. Hope you are liking everything! Unfortunately the bugs are everywhere in South Florida. Use Citronella candles outside whenever possible. LOL.
