I *just* saw the wall post you left me...I'm so bad about not checking my wall.
What is Eli into these days? What is Eli not into these days? lol. He really loves slides, shoes and kitchen utensils. He's at that "helping" stage, which is so much fun, but also makes any household chores take three times longer than they should. lol. We have a lot of fun together.

I got to hold Dmitri in the nursery on Sunday. He wanted me to pick him up and I felt very special until I realized he just wanted to play with the buttons on my jacket. lol. He's such a cutie.

This is my first baby (out of 2 tries). My husband and I are so excited, but only marginally ready financially. We are trying hard to save money during the pregnancy. Difficult, as both of us have student loans and car payments.
Nutrition is very important to me. I'm substituting eating healthy for doing anything else healthy. I used to love working out, but I can't get off my a$$ during this pregnancy. I'm tired all the time, and until that wears off...yeah, and I don't want to expose the others at my fitness center to my raunchy farts. Umm, I am scared of having a m/c again. I have a midwife and plan on having my baby at home in a birthing tub. I hope to breastfeed. And I can't wait until it's obvious that I'm preggers! I'm over 6 feet tall, so that may really be awhile.
I love to read. I miss saunas, rowing, kobe, and hot baths. And port. And if you want to know anything else message me!

Our Special Life
Oliver was born after having suffered a stroke while in his mother's womb. The resulting brain injury is called Dysautonomia (Autonomic Dysfunction). His doctors believe the stroke was the result of the miscarriage of his twin. Oliver is completely blind and his underdeveloped brain stem makes basic physical functions a challenge. In spite of all this, he is a happy, go-lucky, 12-year-old boy, and his mom wants people to meet the real Oliver, not just his medical hardships.
