    Hi, my name is Sarah! My husband James and I have lived in Darien for a little over 6mo. now! We have a 3yr old little girl and are expecting a little boy in Jan.! I'm originally from NC, and he's from FL, and spent the last 4yrs in IL. so I really don't know anyone around here! I'm a stay at home mom too and I am also tired of being such a hermit! My daughter and I need friends to hang out with!

    Hey Sarah!! R u still on here? I just got a notice that I was about to lose my account cause I haven't been on in so long. How are you guys? We're gonna b moving now too. Somewhere closer to St Louis. We're wanting to start a new church in the Forest Park area. We'll see how that goes! :) How's the new baby? Natalie is getting so big, but she's such a good baby. She's 9 months now!!

    Congrats!!! I'm so excited for you guys. We just had our little girl last Sunday, July 11th. Natalie Michelle. She's great, but having 2 to manage is a challenge.

A Boy with Autonomic Dysfunction - The Miller Family

Our Special Life

Oliver was born after having suffered a stroke while in his mother's womb. The resulting brain injury is called Dysautonomia (Autonomic Dysfunction). His doctors believe the stroke was the result of the miscarriage of his twin. Oliver is completely blind and his underdeveloped brain stem makes basic physical functions a challenge. In spite of all this, he is a happy, go-lucky, 12-year-old boy, and his mom wants people to meet the real Oliver, not just his medical hardships.
