we spent our holiday in the mountains of Gatlinburg in a log cabin. We went and got things pre made and spruced them up a bit and popped things in the oven and relaxed. We also took Caden to the dixie stampede, he has a huge love for horses--it was amazing!!! It was a great trip, but I am glad to be home! :) Well, got to jet to aldi, then to a cookie swap!
well thank you! we enjoyed having them done, and I am going to make christmas cards today or tomorrow. How was your thanksgiving?!
Okay, that cracked me up! Scales don't "bother" me but I find I get obsessed with scale progress more than body progress if I'm not careful, so my goal is to only weigh in ONE TIME a week and to do 1-2 workouts, 5 days a week (off the days I clean the church cuz that kills my body!). I am eating sensibly, controlling portions, cutting out food after 7, and increasing my green tea and water consumption.
SO: Ready for Monday??? Challenge ahead =) Have you broken it into time goals, or just the one big one? I know mine is to get to a 16 (again) ASAP, then go from there by pant size instead of poundage. Scales make me cry ;'(
