My name is Courtney, and I'm 26 years old.  I have been married to my husband, Robert,  for almost 5 years!  We have a beautiful daughter, Karis, who is 2 1/2, and a son, Ethan, who is 5 months!

I have a personal relationship with Jesus and desire for Him to be glorified in everything I do, although, I know I am not perfect.  Thank goodness for His grace and mercy.  I very much desire to follow Him and His will for His life ("my" life is not my own) more than anything. 

We live at Highland Lakes Camp, where my husband is the Assistant Outdoor Ed and Recreation director.  We live a very fast paced life, and are exactly where we are supposed to be! 

I had my son, Ethan, at home!  It was an amazing experience and I don't know why I didn't do this the first time! 

I try to be as natural as possible with my kids, although, we have such a fast paced life that it's hard at times!  I babywear, cloth diaper, selectively vaccinate, my son is intact, we try to buy organic/natural as much as possible, and I have begun making my own cleaners. 

I'm an 8th grade English teacher at a Christian private school.  I teach on MWF from 8:30-11:30.  I absolutely love it!  I get the best of both worlds- being home most of the time with my little ones, and teaching!  I thank God for the opportunities that he has given me!
